Discover the basis of our philosophy.

Citizenship is not a transactional good or an exchangeable commodity. It is a stable legal status that involves rights and duties. Our role is not to sell documents, but to mediate responsibly between individuals and States within legitimate institutional frameworks.

Citizenship is an institutional construction dependent on historical, political and social contexts. Far from absolute realities or universal guarantees, they are contingent frameworks that can be strengthened or degraded depending on the behavior of the actors and the stability of the institutions that sustain them.

We evaluate each case for its likely effects over time, not just the applicant's stated intention. When a decision is legal but generates clear and predictable negative externalities for third parties or for the institutional system, we choose not to intervene.

We do not assist criminals or people linked to serious crimes. We work exclusively with official State programs that apply rigorous due diligence processes, verifiable and consistent with international standards.

We understand reputational risk. We prefer to lose business opportunities rather than participate in structures that can degrade over time or generate systemic damage. Prudence is a form of responsibility.

We assume that the world is uncertain and that not all risks can be anticipated. We design our decisions to withstand errors, abrupt regulatory changes and extreme events, avoiding fragile solutions that only work in ideal scenarios.

International mobility is legitimate when it is exercised in a manner consistent with real responsibilities. We prioritize clients who maintain substantive economic, social or contributory ties with the jurisdictions in which they operate.

We do not promise inevitable results. We clearly explain rights, duties, limits and risks, and we expect the same level of honesty from those who request our assistance.

We assist people who seek to protect their wealth and provide alternatives to their families without contributing to the fragility of the systems that make such prosperity possible.

This manifesto is not static. We adjust our criteria based on experience, empirical evidence and the observation of failures. Although we are human, we prefer to correct in time rather than take refuge in legal or commercial excuses.
